MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID: EARLY INTERVENTION

Bop Murdoch, Co-Founder of Wellington Social Enterprise 'CoLiberate', shares personal experiences to uncover some of the reasons why we can feel so blocked from having the conversations that matter most.

CoLiberate is working to help people to value their mind-health  just as much as their physical health,  generating a 'gym culture' for mental health and helping people to recognize and respond to distress.

Bop will urge you to think about your daily opportunity to notice the subtle changes in someone who is struggling with mental health challenges.
